Search on www.scratch.mit.edu not working?

I just uploaded a project called MaxMonster1 by MaxRT.  I then entered first "MaxMonster1" and then "MaxRT" into the search box and clicked on search.  The search says it can't find either of these terms.  This happens in the Home, Projects and Galleries tabs.  I can see the project in the Galleries tab, but search won't find it.

How would anyone find the project by name using search?

Thanks.

It`s a problem that often strikes me, too. It works again after a while.

Try my latest game, Rolling 2, a 10-level platform game based around the gravity marble.

The Scratch Search box uses Google Custom Search to search the site.. As Google doesn't update instantly, it can usually take a few hours or a couple of days for a new account or project to start showing up when searched for. Don't worry - People will still be able to find your things after a short while  smile .

There is actually some talk about replacing the current Google Custom Search function with one that was made by the Scratch Team. It's still in the beta stage, but if you want to test it out feel free to read more about it heresmile

Indexing isn't always instantaneous. Many websites take a while for newly added material to get indexed by search.

He said he wrote MaxMonster1 MaxRT. I said just write MonsterMax1. See the difference?? (p.s. majormax is my brother so don't think we're getting into a fight. This
happens all the time.)
