Random idea: An university/library, with books written out in signs (until we get writable books, at least). Assuming it's an university you would try to get a degree in topics such as redstone circuitry, Scratchia history, etc. for fun and for the sake of learning.  tongue

Nah it'll cost you 15 iron.

Ok then, I have barely enough anyway  tongue

Actually, 10 iron. 15's too expensive for a vending machine.

Aw, I already paid the 15 iron and I'm uploading. Maybe just put 5 iron in my house on your next turn.  tongue

Like I said before, uploading now.  smile

But I have a really hard time getting iron, that's why I'm begging for iron at the pork shop D: And yes I finished the AutoPork - it's very tiny, even smaller than the furnaces.

And you will:

NEW SCRATCHIA VERSION!

New features:
-New self-made swamp biome! It's behind the temple thingy (that thing where you make offerings to Scratch, Notch and Minecraft, dunno who built it) Feel free to explore it  smile
-A minigame: Castle-O-Flint! Grab a shovel (optional) and mine some gravel, then exchange the flint for awesome prizes! It's near MathWizz's castle.
-AutoPork built at Sunny Acres.
-Started building a mob tower... Thingy. It shouldn't work yet, didn't bother with the water channels yet.

Just downloaded! lol I thought the AutoPork would be infinite and harvest pigs  tongue .

Edit: You should charge people if they play Castle-O-Flint.

I join.

It's been 3 days since my last turn, right?

I didn't get one on Saturday because techno stole it.  tongue

So...

I put myself in the place where I go on Saturday so I can finally build the house that I worked on for several hours but it got deleted.

The flint is enough for me, I mostly want it to make arrows, to mess with dispensers and hunt ghasts.  tongue

Also, new map version, finally!

Well thank you  tongue

I decided to build the new AutoPork (totally not a copy of AutoMac) besides the Sunny Acres payment office, in front of the fountain.  smile  Just with the press of a button and then placing a coal in the chest you can get some quick pork.  big_smile

Cool.  I might build one in my motel  wink

I buy pork from you, thouugh

Buy the chestful o'pork ;D

...Okay, that's up to you actually, but I agree that the AutoPork system makes a good vending machine kinda system.  tongue

Maybe I can sell pork a bit cheaper to you so you can actually make profit? Pay 4 coal and get 6 pork sounds good to me. Or pay 1 iron and get 12.

Yep, sounds fine  wink   This will make you and me a profit, i just have to build a mine for myself now...

Stuff i am going to do:
- Make my own mine!  (An open one, so it will be about 20 by 20 and go's down to the admin layer.  After i have enough iron it will be fully minecartised so i can use boosters to get up and down

- An Auto Pork to the Motel!
That's right, folks!  Auto Pork is coming to the Motel  wink

- A house next to the open mine.  As it is far away, it will take time to find it

- The super Market!
After collecting lot's of flint, gravel and sand (and other stuff)  I will make a supermarket!  (away from the city,  but easy to find!)

-Extensions to my Motel
Large ones.  Top Secret.

equerries:

Does anyone use my wool farm?

Would you use the auto pork?

Anyone going to use the motel?

Do you guys use already supplied mines, or make your own?

More:
I need minerals  yikes

P.S.  Sunrise, can i  be on the waiting list again?  I don't want pass-it-on to die :d

Re: Official Scratchia Topic [the classic returns!]

equerries:

Does anyone use my wool farm? I assume it's some room designed to spawn sheep - I haven't seen it but I probably wouldn't use it since sheep are found easily (and I keep stealing their wool lol, I have nearly a full stack).

Would you use the auto pork? If it's not exclusively for residents, yep - the AutoPork is actually meant for when you're low on HP and don't have food  wink

Anyone going to use the motel? I wouldn't. I have a house in Acres already and if I remember correctly, buying a room in the motel is actually more expensive than houses. There are none available in SA, right, but a motel room being cheaper than a house would make much more sense.  tongue

Do you guys use already supplied mines, or make your own? Already supplied, but on the last save I progressed quite a bit on a unfinished 5x5 mine.

Ok so, you're going to take the 4 coal = 6 pork or 1 iron = 12 pork offer, exclusively for your motel?

Yeah but no too drastic changes. At most a small house in the middle of it, maybe? What do you want to improve anyway?

It looks like you're not letting the server have enough memory. Try opening the batch file that you use to run the server in notepad or whatever and change -Xmx1024M or -Xmx1G to -Xmx2G. This may or may not work but give it a try anyway.

EDIT: I can only get up to 1400 megs to work on my PC. Your dedicated server may act differently.

I know. I think I was the one that killed it because I was traveling making the server generate more terrain.  tongue  Another option is to drop some plugins or the nether. Anything to use less memory.

I know. I think I was the one that killed it because I was traveling making the server generate more terrain.  tongue  Another option is to drop some plugins or the nether. Anything to use less memory.

The problem, is that restarting or starting doesn't acctually start the server...

I don't understand...

For some odd reason, when I start the server, minecraft doesn't realize that it has been started.  I think that the server still thinks it is running, but it just doesn't run.

Yeah, I'm mostly inactive.  I check in once in a while though.  If you want to contact me, I have a contact form at my website, http://escratch.org
