I only have one that I found, my lovely Meinfoo. I also traded Poopo a level 80 something Rotom for a shiny Hippowdon.

GTS Negotiations:

You go to the third person right on the second floor of the pokemon centre, then talk to them and select gts negotiations. Then go to anyone, then select anything for the choices. You select earch, and wait to join up with someone. Then you can show pokemon you want to trade, and when you are done select the red trade thing near the bottom right. In the bottom left there are icons you can click if you happen to like a specific pokemon. Beware that people dont like low level pokemon.

But seriously, I have walked awhile with it, but it's not close to hatching. It is probably something hard to hatch...

Go on the bridge by castelia city, with the trucks and stuff and ride your bike or run the length of it back and forth and it should hatch in about 5 lengths.

Hey, I said that because I thought you would give me one, and Id breed it so I could have a few of my own. If you give me the raichu ill breed one pichu and give it back, then train that pichu up, along with having a bunch of little ones runnin in my pc.

Note: Hacked Pokemon cannot be traded on the GTS.

And Shiny Reshiram/Zekrom does not exist. It cannot be shiny.
