DesignBlocks

DesignBlocks is a design programming language like Scratch but intended for art. As far as I know you are allowed to make everything possible, including an OS. It includes custom blocks like BYOB but has less blocks than Scratch. I consider it for making art, though I am attempting to make an OS.

No need to download ANY stuff expect Flash to view the applet!

Come on, try Broadcastic OS 2.0. It has 3 editions for businesses, media, and home. Also, there's Broadcastic OS Metro Edition Release Candidate.

I used this awhile ago.

I made a simple game blocks labeled 3, 2, and 1 are shown. One block is the chosen block and you guess it.
