By now everyone should have heard of what's going on in Libya.
The United States have gone in to help the rebel groups and NATO forces have enforced a no fly zone. What do you think about the US going in? Vote in a poll here: Libya Situation Poll
Either comment on that page and start a conversation there or discuss here on scratch. Thank you for your opinions.

I think when anything like this happens, anyone who can has the right to kill the dude causing it (in this case, Gadhafi).
Lol, this morning we were listening to the radio and their like "It has been decided if the US can go into the countries and launch missiles. It turns out, they can, almost anywhere."

Ikr? I think it's amazing how our country can do anything - regardless of if it's really right. Look, we have so many wars now! Iraq, Afganistan and now (new addition), Libya!
Jon Stewart did a huge thing about 'Freedom Packages' and the wars we're in. Check it out: http://www.hulu.com/watch/225699/the-da … m-packages

There are a lot of reasons such as economic problems, religious problems, infrastruction problems, leadership problems, etc. I think your survey is lacking in proper perspective.

No matter what the U.S. does, it was the decision of the United Nations.

While I disagree about the democracy part (they do want that a lot), the U.S. sending in troops part is true.
Except in Libya, the rebels really want U.S. troops there too.

Per our policy stated in the Guidelines to the Miscellaneous Forum we request that you do not hold political conversations here. Perhaps you should hold them in the blog mentioned in the first post (with the poll). Thanks.
