Is there any free software that...
Kinda turns your PC into one of those Library ones? You know with that timer and stuff (don't forget the PIN # thing!) So is that possible for FREE?

I THINK that the router is the one which does that. (That only applies to internet timer restrictors)
Are you doing a collab and need a 24/7 TeamSpeak channel? Contact me... somewhere. =P

Software which log you out after X time?
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

You mean like the ones in the library? 
Do you mean like Unix/Linux?
Or DOS?
