I can't stop listening to http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=-neZL4_O6sQ and I put it on in the backround whenever I do things, like browse Scratch. But every time there is music (which is most) I have to turn off the music. What if there was a volume bar in Scratch, sort of like in youTube? And maybe we (project makers) could classify sounds as music of effects, so that I could still here the sound effects.

In Windows, click on the volume icon (in the bottom bar) and select "mixer." Change the volume for different programs.
