Since no one posted an opinion on the other title, I'll give one - "The Secret of Oak Island" sounds okay. But I question if it's an eye-catching title though (in all honesty, I have a tendency to stray away from book that start with "The secret of ___" because I more or less have an idea of what I'm looking for when I'm reading. I prefer to be kept in the dark about the main idea of the story while reading).

How about just Oak Island?

Hmm... Maybe "The Oak Island Quest" might be a bit better (for some reason or another, when I saw "Oak Island", a travel brochure for Oak Island came to mind  )
