Rescue Panel -- Rescue your computer
Rescue Panel is a new panel for Windows. It lets you take actions that will prevent or rescue your computer from Dead Pixels. More apps to rescue your computer from viruses will come later.

Dead Pixels are odd shapes that do nothing but hide your mouse when your mouse is touching it. If you place a static image on a monitor for a long time, you may start getting Dead Pixels when you return to Windows.
