SONGS DON'T HAVE TO RHYME.
They just need rhythm and words. And they have several rhymes.

+9001, only manufactured lame pop musicians would believe everything has to rhyme, really.

It should rhyme.

Nobody has ever stated as a rule that lyrics must, or should in most cases rhyme. Music is about creativity, and restricting that creativity by thinking "this should rhyme, this must rhyme" is not good at all.

None of my songs sound good without a rhyme, but it may just be the style I sing.  big_smile

Yeah.

Some songs need rhyming, some work fine without it.

Yep, you're right. Personally I've found that styles like pop, rap and punk often have lots of rhyming, while other genres don't have as much.

I use quite a bit of rhyme in my music. I think it sings easier.

Even if you're not rhyming, you should be old enough to get signed.
