I have two issues.

Im not sure about this project. Im posting to try and get it removed.

This guy seems to be copying people's projects and submitting them under his own name.

Macca. Thanks for reporting the project. We have removed it and we contacted the creator. I also wanted to let you know that we are working on better ways for users to mark projects as inappropriate.

In regards to the other project that is a copy of yours. There has been a discussion about the topic here http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=92

Alex21alex did not copy people for ALL of his projects. I know he did copy Space Shooter, but not the rest of his projects. Can you name any other projects that aren't his creation BESIDES space shooter?

Might as well tell you that user Steffano and danny have copied a project that comes with scratch and put it under their own name(the projct is Fun with Animation).
