well a directional scroller that supports side scrolling and using scrolly to make it look like this: using it to be when you reach the top or bottom change scrolly by: for top-1
and for bottom change scrolly by 1.

Is this right, you want a 2-D game that scrolls in any direction (following the main character) - whether side to side or up and down?

I've found something like this http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Fireicedude/232740 you have to ask maker if you can use it, but I think he would agree if you will be nice.
