Are you putting the "block" statement before the blocks and the "/blocks" after the block statements?  They need to be there for them to work; and they need to be enclosed in square brackets just like all the other bbcode tags.

Spaces are also important; you need them around the "random...thing" you have there.  And there is an extra "s" at the end of "and waits"; it should be "and wait".   The code is very fussy!

well, noemally it works. some blocks work, some don't. and what's up with the
[blocks]

block? It is not even on 1.3.
