Minecraft Mods
Post all of your favorite Minecraft mods right here! 
I'm currently working on a texture pack and a small little adventure map that takes place in a spaceship and you have to fight some zombies. It'll take a while though. I'm still kind of a noob at Minecraft (I haven't even found diamond yet. T_T. Fortunately, I have my three trusty iron pickaxes.)
Anyhoo, post your favorite mods. My two favorite all time ones have to be PortalCraft (YES, it's real, look it up on YouTube.) and ZombieCraft (Nazi Zombie Killing Spree!).

The plane mod is pretty good, but Zan's Minimap is a MUST! BTW, if you would like help in getting diamonds, theres a mod that tells you where to find ores, I have tried it myself, though I uninstalled it because I felt it like cheating. I forgot the name

I was wanting to make a portal one where you can craft a Portal Gun and a Companion Cube... looks like I got beat to it
Anyways I started texture packs: A Christmas one and an Old black and white cartoon one.

Resources:
Grass -> Snow
Sand -> Snow
Sapling -> Pine Sapling
Crafting Ingredients:
String -> Ribbon
Craftables:
Sandstone -> Igloo Bricks
Doors -> Doors with Wreathes
Torches -> Candles
Armor -> Santa Outfit
Transportation:
Minecart -> Sleigh
Storage Minecart -> Sleigh with Sack
