To make a Scratch compilation album you have to have the permission of the Scratch team. Plus, how would you release it?
However, if this idea works out, then my band might be able to supply a song.
To make it fair, only one song per band should be allowed. Also if a lot of people do this, it should be 2 discs.

It's not really a Scratch compilation, it's more of a "Songs by Scratchers" type thing. And it would probably be released online for free with things like Bandcamp or Mediafire.

I know, but there isn't really an easy way to do that. There'd have to be something like a joint PayPal account and everyone would learn everyone's personal info and it'd be against the Term of Use and it would get messy.

We're a couple 13 year olds and we won't give you this random already recorded song unless we're paid!

THIS, no one would ever buy an album made by a kids' website.
I might make one, so I get motivation to record and mix my "Trip to the Ol' Country" remake with lyrics

I never said that was me. I just said that might discourage some people.
My policy, is that only demos. Once I get signed, studio versions will have to be bought.
Maybe it could be called "Songs By Scratchers For Scratchers: Volume 1".

My point was, that nobody would pay for an album like this (which probably won't have a very high quality and stuff), so people who "might get discouraged", shouldn't.

I'm not sure. We can decide when it's completed.

So... Nobody has even started on their song yet? I might make a little ambient intro to get started.
