TIL (Today I Learned)

TIL A duck's quack doesn't echo, and no one knows why.
I do not have a website sorry.
No one knows why but a ducks quack just cant echo, its a mystery.

If this topic is just going to generate a list of things...it's a TBG and belongs over in the TBG forums. If there is going to be discussion about the things...it's not. Why don't you restructure it as a discussion about things you have learned today, rather than an attempt to generate a list?

I'm pretty sure that this information about ducks not echoing is a myth. And the Mythbusters took it on and disproved it here.

In what way, was your dad a banana? I heard this one from my mom. She told me that the Japanese are worried that the more radiated bananas will mix with the radiation and poison them all or maybe that was I joke I donno
