Sprites

Wasn't sure if this is scratch related or not, but I want to know, is there a program or something I can use to make sprites in vdo games, and when I mean that, I mean stuff like this, where its pixelated and stuff.

Can someone help me with that?  I want to work on some more games and stuff.  I also don't won't to retexture already used sprites, cuz thats kinda a ripoff, I want my own original stuff

Re: Sprites

You kind of have to draw them by hand. Paint is good for this.

Re: Sprites

I use Paint.net to make my graphics, it's really good. You can turn on a grid and disable antialiasing to get to pixel art(what you want).

Is it a program, or a website?

Re: Sprites

A windows program you install. It's called Paint.NET because it uses something called the ".NET Framework" which is by Microsoft. Paint.NET isn't by M$.
