Hooray! I've finally done it! :D

I worked for almost an hour last night doing it and.......I can play Boulevard of Broken Dreams on the cello. It was hard to do because I had to write the letter names myself, and find all the right notes. I know what you're thinking: what is the meaning of this topic Well, can you play anything on the cello? What songs?  I'll try to record myself and put it on here, but I don't know how. Anyone know how to put recordings on Scratch?  hmm

Wow pretty cool. I don't play cello, but I occasionally guess notes on my Clarinet.

I can play Zelda's Lullaby without sheet music. I mess up a lot though  tongue

Iron Man? Sounds interesting.... My iPod recording won't put itself on my Scratch project. (I recorded it on my ipod a few minutes ago, and it wouldn't work, and I put a topic in All About Scratch and so far no one's responded yet... sad  )

I like keyboard. I have one at my house. I play it and sing my band's songs when I'm bored.  big_smile

Re: Hooray! I've finally done it! :D

I play the piano, flageolet, clarinet, recorder and harmonica, and sometimes work out the music if I can be bothered. I can't remember what I've worked out though.

I also play the keyboard, but not much since my keyboard is ancient. (I got it from a charity shop 6 years ago and it has a Sinclair ZX adaptor hardwired into it.)

I play Violin, Piano, and guitar. :3

I can improvise almost anything on the violin, not on piano and guitar though.

I take Violin lessons, so Im really good at that. Piano and guitar so far, I'm self-taught.

Wow, you guys play a lot of stuff. I tried playing electric bass and cello, but I dropped bass because I wasn't good at it at ALL. I am now 100% playing cello...

Re: Hooray! I've finally done it! :D

i play the cello
i don't play anything cool on it though, and i'm going to quit after this year because i'm nearly failing strings class

i play the guitar and drums too

on the drums i can play Hey You by Pink Floyd and uh that's pretty much all haha
and with the guitar i can play 100 Years by Five For Fighting and parts of Wake Me Up When September Ends, Paint it Black, Smoke on the Water, and a bunch of other things but only parts so yeah :\
you see i tend to play by ear as well, so if i only understand a few parts then i can only play a few parts

Re: Hooray! I've finally done it! :D

I play electric, acoustic, classical and bass guitar.  tongue  I know a little about piano and drums too, I once played part of "Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth)" in my bro's keyboard and it sounded pretty good, and that inspired me to make a classical mix of some sort.  tongue
