Game suddenly stops working!!!

I have been making a new game, which is based on Spec Ops from MW2. I have managed to make four missions, and it was all working fine, but then I decided to play it through to see what kind of mission to make next. Then it stops working suddenly. I have no idea what caused the problem, because like I said, it was all working properly up until that point. (I had already tested it a lot, and it worked then.) Do you have any ideas about what could have happened?
