You shouldn't have marked this as sticky. For 1, it's obvious because it is part of the link, and 2, that's only for the Scratch Team! However, what icon do you mean- I don't get it?

Re: How to change the icon in the scrach program

The Scratch icon in the upper left-hand corner? To edit it, hold the shift key and, while still holding shift, click on the loop of the R in the icon. Select 'turn fill screen off' Then, hold the alt key and click the icon. Small buttons will appear around the whole screen. Keep alt-clicking the icon until the buttons are surrounding the icon. Then, click on the button with the paint tube. A paint editor will appear where you can edit the icon. You might want to mark the area where the R was so that you can still access the source code (and save!) Then, after saving the icon, Shift-click the area where the R was and turn the fill screen on. Then shift-click the R and choose 'save image for end user'.  smile

no no he means how do you change the program icon, change the name of the program, add extra tabs for blocks, change the startup sprite, and package the program in to a installation package.

Re: How to change the icon in the scrach program

My guess is to make an .ico file then create a random Visual Basic exe. Right click on your mod and press "proprieties". In the icon thing, point it to the EXE you made!
Hope that helped.
