In scratch 1.4 can you guys try to make it so you can make gaames in which you can connect with your friends and play online without any people gettting squashed with a keyboard? That would help MILLIONS! Scratch Team, please tell me if you will look into trying to make that.

I wish I could. However, I lack a knowledge of python and methods for transmitting data using python. We need a coder smarter than I to figure this out.
Also, making online games that use MIT's web servers is probably out of the question because of the massive bandwidth it would take up. In other words, a netscratch will probably not be made and if it did it would probably require you to run servers on your own computers. This networking feature in scratch v1.3 is your best bet for online interactivity.

Well I do not have a knowledge of networking computers and python. Perhaps Jens or anyone from the scratch team could provide a solution.
Also, I ran the example projects on windows and they all worked. Maybe you need to read the instructions more carefully. Have you installed python?
