Tips: if youre planning on ev training a pokemon and leveling up with elite four, i suggest doing the ev training beforehand and maxing out the stats because elite four mainly does attack and special attack. Not that thats bad, but you should get the ev over with. I know because that happened with my mewtwo and hydreigon.
