It's quite a powerful replenisher move and Mienfoo evolves into a pretty strong Pokemon. I'd say it's a good trade.
(Honestly I haven't a clue if it's good or not, I just look up the info on Bulbapedia and check the stats. It seems pretty strong aside from defense).

Wow. Pretty much, I just trade a Litwick for a Shiny LV. 100 Mewtwo. 
I traded the Litwick for a LV.1 Bagon.
I traded that LV.1 Bagon for a Shiny LV. 28 Exeggcute.
I traded that LV.28 Exeggcute for a Shiny LV.50 Metagross.
I traded that LV.50 Metagross for a Shiny LV. 100 Dusknoir.
I traded that LV.100 Dusknoir for a Shiny LV.99 Mewtwo that I eventually used a rare candy on. 
So, if you think about it, I pretty much traded a normal Litwick for a Shiny LV. 100 Mewtwo.

These new pokemon look weird. I bet I could defeat them with 1st gens (Once I learn their types).
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
