A Scratch screensaver

I had to watch my brother tonight so rather than spend quality time with him I built a pretty nifty screensaver app that pulls projects off the front page and displays their statistics. There's a video here and if anyone's interested, I'll figure out how to actually export it as a screensaver so anyone can use it!

Something's messed up with the first six seconds or so of the video, I have no idea why.

EDIT: WIndows version now available. I'm working on ways to get it working on Mac and Linux, too.

lol, I had a site called ScratchSavers which used Chirp (Jens's old mod) for the saver. Not here now.

I fall: It's a tragedy. You fall: It's comedy.
Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

Re: A Scratch screensaver

I made a screensaver which runs online projects. This is quite cool. Here's how to turn an exe into a screensaver.

Change the .exe file extension into .scr
Right click and install.

It's written in Flash, so I can just export the AIR executable for Linux. The tricky part will be getting it to act as a screensaver.

Re: A Scratch screensaver

Can Flash interface with Xscreensaver? That's what Linux generally uses for screensavers. You would just have to export it in a detectable format.
