I'm working on a scratch project with a friend. We usually work on it together while talking over skype. This is a problem as changes saved to one copy can't be synchronised easily with the other copy. You have to manaually repeat all the changes the other person made. Is there any way to overcome this problem?

I don't think that's possible with Scratch, even with mesh, but since Scratch 2.0 will be on the internet, you will be able to make a project with someone else!
Just wait for 2.0.

I would suggest both of you working on two projects, and taking turns working on each project. More done, great sync!

I don't know if you can attach scratch files to email, but try emailing it to each other.

You should be able to fairly easily. Why not use a client like TeamViewer to both use the same computer, in a way? One of you would connect to the other's computer, and then you could both have control over that computer, making changes as you agree to. Then you could just send the finished file when you're done.
