Well maybe you weren't as active. You get upgraded when you're active, not when you've been here for a long time.

No, he's right, he's been here one and a half years or more, the date up there is when he first posted something on the forums.
Scratcher status is based on forum activity mostly, not main site activity.

Nevertheless, he has to get more posts than three posts to at least be promoted as Scratcher. Scratcher status is given when you have much activity on forums and main site, but since your forum activity is dwindling(@ leatherbelt), you are still considered a New Scratcher. Try aiming for more posts and being active on forums, too.
