Eh, I would flag it - you're allowed to if they steal your stuff and give no credit. Just be sure to describe it well; usually the Scratch Team will just assume it was a lovely remix...

That sort of thing is a drag, though. I had made a 3-D tunnel program and someone used it in a Sonic remix chain and gave no credit. -_-

Scratch really irks me riht now, so I don't go on often. I spot two things that could be fixed in the project notes.

Have you seen Lightnin's comment and reply on that project? It seems as if s/he doesn't feel that credit is required, because they only used one script of Kileymeister's. hmm
