Hey, I've got my server up and running, but its constantly lagging, and I'm the only person on it, and its hosted on my computer. I think its my computer being slow.
Its almost constantly generating the line:
[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?

@johndo77: Nice! I installed it, but you should either include a full texture pack (you can't directly add a terrain.png) or give instructions on how to install. I replaced terrain on the mixcraft HD pack.

Animal Ideas:
Fish (If there are fish, I haven't seen them. I'm still new to MineCraft.)
Pets (Pet Sheep, Cows, Squids, Pigs, Chickens, Zombies, Skeletons, Slimes, Creepers, and others. You know, the usual. xD)
Food (For animals, not humans. Feeding food to animals makes it when you kill them, you get more of their goodies.)
Going to edit when more ideas come.

I think notch said that when the next update comes, there will be fish. He just didn't have enough time before he had to release the new update.
