Don't do the "whatever it is". Just listen to one of their songs.

The problem is he's taking this seriously. I'm sure if you listen to one of their songs, you'll know it's not a song that's actually meant to be taken seriously. It's just a band who likes having fun, not a band that is trying to hide the fact that they are bad musicians (they aren't, the lyrics and singing are the stupid part). Treating NOFX as an actual band is like treating The Dead Milkmen (another awesome punk band) like an actual band.

I'd be fine with that, except she actually takes herself seriously. It's not like NOFX, Dead Milkmen, or Mindless Self Indulgence, where it's a spoof of stupidness. She's actually treating herself like an artist!

So yeah. I am fine with you liking Ke$ha, but don't get the idea that she can sing.

What has happened to the music industry these days...? I mean, that's just not right. The lyrics are odd and make no sense and she has to be autotuned, of which I don't mind as much if used in moderation, but when the whole song is like that....that usually means the singer can't sing and should get a new job.

Time for some heavy rock/metal to cleanse my ears.
