There already are! If you go to soneone's page, in the upper right corner there should be a button that says "subscribe"

Assuming you actually mean in what way we read them, I use the gadget in Windows to read BBC news and Scratch at the same time.

If you really didn't know, you'll probably find it in that wall of text  wink

I just look at RSS feeds with firefox about once every two months or so.

Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
