Requesting for help

Can anyone tell me that is it possible to log all the event occurring in making any project on scratch??

And 1 more question is that is there any way to make Scratch available on internet so that anyone can access that by browser??

i was asking that  scratch itself maintain the log of user's action or not?
Another thing which i want to know that how can i understand the implementation of scratch.
I mean if i want to add some functionality in the scratch software then from where i should start?
please give me instruction..
