This is YourLocalBlockLib. I wanted to create a signature advertising the Library, but it said:

Signatures are not allowed for New Scratchers. Thanks for being patient and Scratch on!

I thought it was 15 days. Was it changed?

It is not a length of time, it is how many posts, AND a length of time, (I believe). You, and others, will know when the second line of information, under your name (YourLocalBlockLib) has changed. Hope this helps

The Scratch Team just recently changed the rules, as written by Paddle2See himself in the Announcements section...

So if you are a New Scratcher - welcome! Just keep Scratching and be patient, and you'll be able to have a sig in no time.
