It depends on your activity on the forums. If you're active, you'll become a Scratcher much faster.

Just be active on the forums and main site. Make projects, post on the forums, comment on other people's projects. Do that and you'll get there in no time!

Then it seems like posting on the forums is what you need to do a little more. Just make good posts on the forums and keep doing what you're doing on the main site and you'll get there soon.
