Re: Pi day

Today we had a pie reciting competition. The winner did about 260 didgits. We also had a pie eating contest. The winner was the one who ate the most pie in three minutes without using their hands. Then all the contestants got to throw pie at the principal and a few teachers. It was great.

What grade are you in?

Lucky, I wanted to compete in the pi (not pie, you can't recite that.) reciting contest.

Most people at my school would probably get 1-3 digits.

With the exception of no more than 10 people, who memorized no more than 20.

I memorized 100.

3.14  wink

I know 3.1415926535897932384626 from memory, it's really easy actually.
3.14 we all know,
15 is one more than 14,
926 meh,
535 is a weird number,
8979 is 8+1-2+2,
323 is like the 535,
8 is just 8,
4626 is again a nice number.

awesomeness  lol

I like pie, and I need both.
PS. 2.718281828 is e

Okay, that just makes no sense.

That's just like saying:

pi is 3.14 is the first three digits,
15 is a number
9 is another number
26 is another number...

I just memorize it to a beat.

3.141592653589793, etc.

Just try saying it real fast and it'll get stuck in your head.
