You know, I've been thinking it over for a while, and I have made my decision. No, I'm not going away forever and completely quitting. Here's what's going to happen: I'm going to start a transition to working with Flash. Once I save up enough money to buy it, I'm going to pretty much stop making scratch projects. Don't get me wrong, though. The Scratch community was, is, and always will be what really gets me pumped about Scratch. It's just that programming in Scratch has become somewhat easy and kind of a chore. Do you want to know the reason I never have released Ceanan? Whenever I start, I'm excited, but then a few minutes later, I'm mindlessly copying some code to other sprites and such. Also, scratch has it's technical limitations. With flash, there are more things you can do, more opportunities. Scratch was a great start, but I think I'm headed towards flash. Of course, I will still be an active member of the community, i just won't be posting many more projects
.

Cool. Flash sounds cool. And yes, I sometimes do the same thing; I start a game then I find myself bored and clicking the big red X.

Good for you! I wish that I could learn flash or Java. Maybe someday I will. But I never really did like scratch so I quit. (Never said it precisely until now.) Silently. Like people should. And hey! Nobody even noticed I was gone and scratch was peaceful. I was gone all last year and guess why I'm here now. Look at my sig for the answer.

Good to hear you weren't quitting everything. I don't make projects anymore
. I don't really know how to use the scratch programming anyway......sometimes I'll post something or two, but probably just an announcement. I might delete all my projects and start a series or something....hmmmm...

Yeah, I absolutely love the community in scratch, and never really spent too much time actually programming. I will be an active member of scratch AND the flash programming community!
