Making projects smaller

I finally figured out a way to make projects smaller so that you don't get a message saying "file was to large to upload to scratch website" i made a tutorial at youtube go to http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=TiZqMeY56hI to watch it! tell me what you think!

Nice job!  What software tools did you use to make the video?  I like the Zooming in you did.
