There's not much the Scratch Team can do.
With all the data on their servers, the messages go as fast as they can.
If there were two users, the messages would probably come in a second.
So unless you're thinking about deleting 9001 accounts,

Like kayybee said, there's only so fast messages can come in, with so many of them going to each user. It usually doesn't take that long (maybe around 5 minutes?) so there's really no reason to need it.
