Ladies and Scratchers, I, Pikachu1337, present to you, VOLT TACKLE!
More epic than the falcon punch, so epic, that in fact, it requires TEAMWORK and touching it will result in INSTANT DEATH 99% of the time. This was a freak accident that happened when I tried to replicate a Genki ball, instead getting something that was actually inside my field of interest; A POKEMON MOVE!!!
Here's how to do it;
First, choose donkey kong, fox, and ness, on any character slots
Second, Turn off all items except stars (optional, just makes it easier)
Then, activate the crazy and multi pokemon GS codes (this is why I use an emulator)
Go to Saffron City Stage
Jump into the pokemon with fox, (this is a place stars would come in handy) and use Fox Shine (down special.) If done correctly, the Pokemon should be stunned.
Then, (also easier with starmode,) Donkey Punch the stunned pokemon pile. there should then be massive shockwaves.
Lastly, launch ness like a missile with PK thunder into the pile. This might take a few tries.
NESS LEARNED VOLT TACKLE!
Note: this may also result in the aforementioned Genki ball.
For a "More sparks, less donkey kong butt" method, simply remove step 6 and aim higher than normal with ness, but not by much. An example of the latter method:

Hm... Pretty cool.
My friends and I once made a black hole.
Want to know how?
Oh yeah, it's the same thing about damage, touching it gives you 999, and moving flings you off the screen.
That's why you should start out with 99 lives.

How'd that happen, were you hacking the old N64 SSB?

Is it the four links throwing bombs simultaneously glitch?
I could never figure that one out.

It's pj64, only no hacks except multiple and crazy pokemon (causes pokemon to not stop coming out, and multi pokemon allows like 10 out at once)

Ness learned Volt Tackle! However, he is stuck and cannot move. Want to switch out with another Pokémon?

the game is actually still running. He's been stuck like that for a half hour and hasn't moved.
EDIT:Actually i quit and restarted the process to see if it wasn't complete luck that caused the sparks to be that big.
EDIT AGAIN: It wasn't a freak accident, it happened again.

Lol, I found this video showing a bunch of other glitches you could do with the Crazy Pokémon code, and a one point, Jigglypuff does the Shun Goku Satsu on the Pokémon. I would post it, but it says "Embedding disabled by request".

no, it's the ness with the infinite super scope shooting between fox and falco with their shields while peach, from below, tosses turnips up
