How do you save after editing scratch?

I have a basic understanding of Squeak, but I don't know how to save my changes. Whenever I x it out, it goes like, "Changes have been made. Is it okay to cancel those changes?" When I click no, it refuses to even close. I have to close it and abandon the changes. Is there any way to get around this?
