"Flag For Copyright" button - Important Read This Now!!!
I think that Scratch also needs a "Flag For Copyright" button. Some people copy stuff off of Google that says "Image may be subtitled to copyright." Please add this, and thank you.

Every Scratch Project has a "Flag as inappropriate" link, and Scratch has a Copyright Policy (the link is at the bottom of every page).

Most everything you put on Scratch is protected by fair use. Usually, there is no problem with using these images. It's important to remember that without these protections, a lot of projects featuring popular characters (such as Mario) wouldn't be allowed.
