This isn't an idea for a game, per say, but more of an idea for an add-on.
Bring back Hakushon Daimaō as DLC for Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

An idea of how this all works out:
It's basically a modded version of the Minecraft engine. All of the characters from the companies are in teams, with their spawn points being huge houses. (i.e. Valve owns a huge house/spawn point, Capcom owns a huge house/spawn point, etc.) All of the characters can use the weapons and abilities from their games, in addition to the normal Minecraft stuff. The set difficulty of the game is Hard Mode, with Realistic and Hardcore modes turned on. The goal is to see which team can survive the longest. When one team wins, everyone starts a new round with a newly-generated map. Occasionally, there are "Nether Rounds", where you play in the Nether for a round. This will most likely last shorter, due to the nature of the Nether. The game is hosted by Scratch in association with Notch.
Please note, this is not real, but could be interesting.
