How Do You Add New Block Categories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That guide doesn't work. I tried it too. See the Modding Scratch VFAQ (Very Frequently Asked Questions). I would post a link, but I'm only a New Scratcher.
