It looks like your work is getting up to the web site okay. But then it is getting flagged by enough people so that it is being automatically removed. Either you have something objectionable in the project or some people are just giving you a hard time.
The Scratch Team reviews projects that are automatically removed and will restore projects that they feel were removed in error. I don't know how fast they process them however.
There are other ways to get your projects to your brothers instead of sharing them on the website. You can attach them to an e-mail and send them that way. You can copy them off to a USB drive (flash drive) or some other type of removable media and just hand or mail them to other people. I hope that helps!
After looking through the rest of the forum postings...it looks like there might be a glitch on the website that is flagging almost ALL the projects coming up. Or maybe a very dedicated group of annoying people...hang in there I'll see if we can get somebody to look at it.

We were experiencing some technical difficulties yesterday. This issue has been resolved. Please try and upload your projects again and let us know if you have any further trouble. Thanks!

Hi Walrusi,
When you upload your project uncheck the box that says "compress sounds and images' -- does that work? I got the suggestion from Paddle2See here: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=7651

The lead programmer for Scratch explains:
"This project must have a lot of sound that is maximally compressed. When it gets expanded, it is going over the Java memory limit, which is around 50 MB.
"My recommendation would be to shorten or delete some of the sounds. I don't think you'd need to remove too much sound for the project to fit in memory."

Hi I'm Freya! I am having a bit of a problem. Every time I try to view a project on the web, there's always a grey box, and I can't load the project for some reason. Please tell me how I can fix this! Thank you!

Are you using a low-speed connection, like a dial-up line? Or are you trying to send very large projects, with music or lots of images? That could explain it.
