Idea for a Game
Not a scratch one, however. (Although someone could try and make it though!)
I came up with an idea for a game to go along with the pokemon franchise:
Pokemon Pinball Battles (Thank you Kimmy)!
Pretty much, all the pokemon are pinballs.
You choose a starter to fight with. Then, you roll around in an overworld place (As a trainer pinball) and stuff. There are little pinball sized holes you can fit in, which can take you different places like shops or pokemon centers. You can also roll on the Tall Grass to have wild PokePinballs pop out!
A pokemon battle works like this: You control the ball around a little stadium. You have to knock the opponent into a hold before it does that to you. You also have attacks, that do different things that I will explain soon.
If you knock it in the hole, you can use a pokeball on it and catch it.
There will be gym battles and such, and different towns. The first town, say, would have a hole labeled 'Gym'. Go in, beat the leader, and then a new hole will open to the next 'town'.
Now, the moves and what they do:
Name: Type: What it Does:
Tackle Normal Shoots you forward into foes for better knocking.
Quick Attack Normal You get a burst of speed for 6 seconds.
Poison Point Poison Shoots you forward and poisons foe.
Volt Tackle Electric Shoots you forward and paralyzes foe
Fire Tackle Fire Shoots you forward and burns foe
Freeze Tackle Ice Shoots you forward and freezes foe
Bounce Normal Lets you rapidly bounce for 6 seconds
Dig Ground You dig underground for 6 seconds and then pops out.
Fly Flying Lets you fly around for 6 seconds
Invisible Ghost Lets you turn invisible for 6 seconds and cannot be harmed
Focus Blast Fighting Charges up for a few minutes and then attacks
Puff Up Normal Grows very large
Harden Steel Makes you heavier
Gust Flying Blows wind at foes
Water Gun Water Shoots water at foes
Explode Fire Explodes at foe (Kills you too)
Transform Normal Transforms into opponent

I like it, but it focuses too much on Sonic. I have nothing wrong with that, it's just that there's so much more to Sega.

Not many of those are that significant though. And its not like Capcom doesn't have one focus in my charrie list.... it has loads of Street Fighter.
Who else would you suggest?

As for my game....I just want to see a huge mash up of all the fighting games; Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Street Fighter, Capcom, the rest of them. I am already getting Tekken vs SF, so...

This reminds me of the time when I imagined Ryu as a DLC charrie for MK9. But really, all I thought of was him using a Double Shin Shoryuken as an X-Ray move.

There used to be a pinball-like pokemon game.
There was this big board with holes in it.
Pokemon figures would be stuck into the holes, which has ramps leading up to the figures.
Then you would try to shoot colored balls up the ramps and knock up the pokemon.
Error:Signature could not load. Please wait for an indefinite amount of time, until you realize you're gullible and go off to look for another potentially interesting signature to stare at.

Mushroom -- Speeds you up.
Mega Mushroom -- Speeds you as fast as a bullet bill; the only 2 changes is that you control yourself still and you are not the bullet bill.
Gold Mushroom -- 100 mushrooms.
Silver Mushroom -- 50 mushrooms.
Bronze Mushroom -- 15 mushrooms.
Bullet Fast -- 100 Mega Mushrooms. EXTREMELY rare.
Blue Mushroom -- Slows you down and hurts you.
Red shell -- Explains itself.
Green shell -- Explains itself.
Yellow shell -- Shell that flys and disturbs the leader.
Blue shell -- Explains itself.
Purple shell -- Same as Mushroom in shell form. Makes the player it hits faster. This one is a "power-down" to me.
Orange shell -- Turns the player it hits into a slow Scratch Cat without a kart.
Fire setting -- Removes all blue shells currently in the race.
IE setting -- Same as blue shell but in setting form.
Courses:
Mario Circuit -- You should know.
Sonic Celebrate -- Celebration, a circuit with celebrating of Sonic's first circuit in Scratch.
Scratch Circuit -- Scratch everywhere!
Firefox Circuit -- Disallows Blue-coloured items.
IE Circuit -- Disallows the Fire setting. Serve punishment will be used if the player hacks for the Fire setting in this circuit. Punishment: Player loses the race.

But someone could hack it so that the punishment is disabled.
No punishment has no loopholes, and this is especially true in the VG world.
