Oh how I hate people like that. People should just get along for once. >:T
Without boys or girls, the human population is not likely to exist for long.

To me, nothing was ever designed to be more important than anything else.
Except RNA introns, that stuff is just useless.

Boys are scientifically proven to be stronger than girls.
But yeah, at my school they're against sexism.
Once this new kid arrived, he came from another school where there was sexism rampant.
He was assigned to a group with 3 girls in it, and only 1 boy.
He was like,"EWW"
Then the entire class, including the boys, let lose a stream of hokkien swear words and basically hated on him for a couple of weeks.

Please provide supporting references when you come out with a blanket statement like this. Such as this study here:
http://jap.physiology.org/content/71/2/644.abstract
which does support your statement, in as far as men tended to be stronger (in the specific muscles studied) than women, primarily because, on average, men have more muscle mass. Individual men and women can vary greatly from the average of course
Endurance is another thing though...the current speed record for paddling around Australia in a kayak (8000+ miles!) is a German woman, Freya Hoffmeister
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freya_Hoffmeister
It took 322 days to complete - that's a lot of paddling!

Thanks for the science stuff
By the way, Freya Hoffmeister must have a whole lot of endurance 0_0

I agree.
It's just plain old ignorant, like racism, homophobia, disrespecting other religions (unless they are the hardcore religious people), etc.
Uh, Sexism has nothing to do with any of those
But scientifically, nobody is really equal. Some people get the best of the gene pool, while others are stuck with the bad stuff. In the case of males vs. females, both their brains and bodies are different in terms of structure (not talking about the innappropriate parts, don't even bring that up). Of course there are some exceptions, but males are generally taller, and their muscles develop differently.
The example Paddle provided, Freya Hoffmeister, like other athletes, would have trained for countless hours, so this isn't really a case where she was born like this.

Actually, in some areas women are stronger.
Men are generally focused in the torso and arms for muscle strength, whereas women are more centralized in the legs, making good track runners, and like Paddle2See said: have high endurance. However, genes may vary, so in some people this could be the total opposite.
For instance, I know a girl who is only in sixth grade and can beat all of the high schoolers, middle schoolers, and elementary students in my school at sit-ups. That requires a LOT of abdominal (stomach) muscles!
Just remember that men generally tend to be stronger in more areas then women, but they don't have to be. It's just average to be that way. Same with intellectual stuff.
But anyways, I'm not a trained genealogist, so I might be wrong, but I believe this is true. The source I got this info from? My head of course.

Well, you need one gender to make the other. without one, we wouldn't exist:
MAN + WOMAN = UGLY BABY
MAN ALONE = NO BABY -> NO FUTURE
WOMAN ALONE = NO BABY -> NO FUTURE

Actually, scientists are able to make babies without males involved, and they'd probably be able to find a way to make babies without the females involved

By hardcore religious, I mean Christians going around telling people they are going to go hell, for example.
Thanks for using my belief.
Exactly. And I know no Christian that says 'go to hell' for no apparent reason. There are radicalists in every religion, government, area, etc. Your definition of 'hardcore religious' isn't very definite.

What's wrong with being hardcore religious? Huh? Oh, I just noticed the entire conversation about this..
That was fail...
Anyway, no christian would go up to someone, and, for no reason, say "Are you a
christian?"
"No."
YOUR GOING TO HEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!"
Thats just not the way people work these days. Anyway, sexism sucks.

not necessarily
it's just annoying how all the boys are like "well we're naturally strongerrr so yeah ill beat you at everything" and I'm like "mhm sure if you dont practice you wont be any good." in general it is true but that's because males have different hormones that make there muscles bigger and we all know bigger doesn't quite mean better c:
there was another remark today at tech ed:
Teacher: "And then there's a line of people who haven't sanded well and are like "Oww my arm is tired."
Girl: "Is is mostly boys or girls?"
Teacher: "...I think you know." (lol boys you could totally tell)
Kid: "Those must be girls because us men have strong muscles."
Teacher: "...Yeahhh we already saw them yesterday."
Kid: "...*shuts up*"
haha no one is gonna get this because you weren't there that kid was shell shocked

like them throwing baby girls out the window because they're "pointless," a man can have 4 wives, and the woman can't be seen?

Middle School is wonderful, no?

Tip of the day: brace yourselves for a freight train of surprises about the world.
Yes, very wonderful. Right now, we're learning about Athens, Ancient Greece. So sexist! Women were "imperfect beings that lack the ability to reason as well as men". Can you believe it? We are imperfect? We are "THAT"'s??

Not true. A male had to be involved at one point to get the [genes]. And I think that topic is a little to mature for this site.

You just called yourself an imperfect being that lacks the ability to reason as well as men.
And most ancient civilizations were that way. Even in today's soceity leiniancies go towards men. Suffrage was suppposed to give women more rights, but we still haven't had a female president yet.

men are more likely to get picked for physical and scientific jobs regardless of the bias
actually tell me one thing that goes to females
i cant think of any actually
