Ok, I'll try you at a programming question:

How do you perfectly make one sprite rotate accordingly around another to point towards another sprite while moving at a smooth changing angular velocity and retaining your distance to the sprite you're rotating around?
When I try it works fine aside from a glitch where when the sprite that's being pointed towards moves under the sprite being rotated around and the rotating sprite goes around the wrong way.

That sounds a bit confusing, to explain what I mean, look here: at this project.  In that project, the sprite being pointed towards is the mouse, move it under the center sprite to understand my dilemma.
