and i think new scratchers can't make links either (i might be wrong though), but its like

Rufflebee is right, because you have the title "New Scratcher" you can't post in Misc, make links to anywhere but the scratch site (I think thats the limit...) and you have a 360 second time limit in between posts.
Just post around, upload projects, have fun, and then you will join the ranks of the normal scratchers...
