Smiley Type: (rounded square or circle)
Smiley Design: (wolf, smile, mad face, etc)
Animate?: (yes/no)
What animation?: (if animate) (punch, wander, fly, fist pump, blows bubble, etc)
Props: (sythe, ice cream, etc)
Shine color: (light yellow, light blue, etc)
Shadow color: (dark yellow, dark blue, etc)
Other notes:

Choose from a large smiley, (see my sig), or small.
I am good at making smileys on GIMP. I can make most smielies, nothing too hard. You can put them on your siggy, or just use them instead of big_smile 's.
Sample Form:
