Next as in this Friday? If you literally mean next Friday (in two weeks), then you'll have to try and get a spot on Sunday of next week. If you mean this friday (this week), then it's already organized so you'll get it on Friday.

Sorry, we made it a rule that there can only be a new city every eight citizens. You could just make an abnormally sized plot of land reserved for you and your companions, though *wink wink*.

And I will call this abnormally large plot of land "Waffles District"
