Right click, duplicate, then drag the new on on the sprite (under the project viewer) then it should work, just do it, again and again.

This is correct, but also you don't even need to right click and duplicate, just drag the script into the next sprite and it will automatically make two copies, one in the first sprite and one in the next.

Maybe, if the sprites are all the same, duplicate the sprites themselves.
